I'm a big fan of using what you've got when crafting, waste not/want not-style. So I thought in these trick or treating times, that it would be fun to create something that made use of all the sweet wrappers debris left behind. Nothing beats a good collage, it's so easy & versatile, all you need is glue, paper & whatever you've got at hand. So save those sweet wrappers & get crafting!
